In these 12 sessions, we’ll explore what makes you feel the most alive and fulfilled. These sessions will help you master your internal world so that you can better direct your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Each session is scheduled for 60 minutes.
SESSION #1 - CALIBRATION
In this session, you’re going to learn the 10 HUMAN DRIVES framework and we will take an assessment on where you rate on each of these 10 drives.
SESSION #2 - CONTROL
In this session, we’ll take on the human drive for CONTROL. Our goal is to discover how you engage this drive the most useful areas to apply it.
SESSION #3 - COMPETENCE
In this session, we’ll cover our desire for COMPETENCE. Our goal is to help you discover what knowledge, skills and abilities you’d need to master or continue mastering so that you can succeed faster.
SESSION #4 - CONGRUENCE
Our goal is to help you discover how aligned you feel with your values and your highest potential.
SESSION #5 - CARING
In this session, we’ll cover our desire for CARING. Our goal is to help you discover how to think about your relationships with others in an entirely new way.
SESSION #6 - CONNECTION
In this session, we’ll cover our desire for CONNECTION. The goal is to to help you discover how to think about your connections with others in an entirely new way.
SESSION #7 - CHANGE
In this session, we will focus on developing CHANGE. We’re always talking about change in some form or another. But now we’ll dig deep into some new frameworks for you.
SESSION #8 - CHALLENGE
In this session, we focus on developing CHALLENGE. It’s going to help you discover how well you’re dealing with all the goals and challenges we’ve been discussing. And it might just raise your ambitions too.
SESSION #9 - CREATIVE EXPRESSION
The goal of this session is focus on developing CREATIVE EXPRESSION. It’s going to help you look at how you’ve been amplifying your true voice and uniqueness in the world.
SESSION #10 - CONTRIBUTION
In this session we focus on developing CONTRIBUTION. We’ll discover how some things we give to lead to fulfillment while others just exhaust us.
SESSION #11 - CONSCIOUSNESS
In this session we will focus on developing CONSCIOUSNESS. It will be a conversation about mindfulness but also about what specifically you can focus on to feel more aware and vitalized in life.
SESSION #12 - CELEBRATION
In this the final session, we revisit your assessment and see how you’re progressing and what areas you can be focusing on moving forward. We also celebrate how far you've come.
